Refund Terms and Conditions

At Origen de Luz, we are committed to offering transformative experiences, organized with love and responsibility. Below you will find our cancellation and refund policies applicable to the journeys and activities offered on this website (www.origendeluz.com).

1. Reservations

• To secure your spot on the journey, a non-refundable deposit of [X%] of the total cost is required.

• Full payment must be completed before the deadline indicated in your booking confirmation.

2. Cancellations by the Participant

• Cancellations made 60 days or more before departure: refund of the amount paid, minus the initial deposit.

• Cancellations made between 30 and 59 days before departure: refund of [50%] of the total amount paid.

• Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure: no refund will be issued.

3. Cancellations by Origen de Luz

If Origen de Luz must cancel a journey due to circumstances beyond our control (extreme weather, border closures, government regulations, health emergencies, or other force majeure events), we will offer the option to:

• Reschedule the experience for a new date, or

• Receive a credit for a future journey.

If the cancellation is due to reasons directly attributable to Origen de Luz, a full refund will be provided.

4. No-Show or Withdrawal from the Journey

If a participant does not show up on the start date of the journey, arrives late, or decides to leave the experience once it has started, no refund will be granted.

5. Itinerary Changes

Itineraries are subject to adjustments for logistical, weather-related, or spiritual reasons (ceremonies, facilitator availability). Such changes do not entitle participants to a partial or full refund.

6. Participant Responsibility

It is the traveler’s responsibility to have all necessary documentation (passport, visas, permits) as well as recommended travel insurance. Failure to present these documents will not result in a refund.
